Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective October 31, 2026
Automatic renewal
Dialed subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you chose. Your payment method is charged on each renewal date until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time using either option:
- Use the manage subscription link in your Stripe receipt email, or
- Email grantbulot@gmail.com from the email you subscribed with and say you'd like to cancel. We'll confirm by email, normally within one business day.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then, and you won't be charged again. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.
Refunds
- Partial periods. Payments are non-refundable and we don't provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused voice minutes, or unused time after cancellation, except as described below or required by law.
- Charged after canceling? If you were charged after you canceled, email us and we'll refund that charge in full.
- Billing errors. If you were charged incorrectly (for example, a duplicate charge), we'll refund the error.
- Service outages. If the Service is unavailable for an extended period because of a problem on our end, contact us and we'll provide a fair credit or refund.
- Discontinuation. If we shut down the Service, we'll refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
- Any other refund is at our discretion. Granting one doesn't obligate us to grant others.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Founding member pricing
Founding member prices stay locked only while your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel, or your subscription ends because of failed payments, you lose the founding price, and re-subscribing will be at the then-current price.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We'll work with you to fix it, usually faster than a dispute. Accounts with open chargebacks may be suspended while the dispute is resolved.
